Group Mat Class: $20 per session

​EQUIPMENT

​Liz has a fully-equipped studio to create sessions tailored to your body's needs whether you are in great shape or are healing from an injury.

Reformer
The reformer is an apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates that creates a powerful workout by using the resistance of springs on a moving carriage. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing to add control, balance, and cardio.

Cadillac/Tower
The Cadillac and tower exercises also work against the resistance of springs. The tower portion includes arm springs, leg springs, bars and straps to challenge the deep work happening in your core, or powerhouse. The Cadillac top bars allow for hanging exercises, pull ups and stretches.

Ladder barrel/ Spine Corrector/ Small Barrels
The barrels are used to increase flexion, extension and mobility in the spine. The body uses the support of the barrels to improve length and stretch. You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had.

Wunda Chair/High Chair
The chair is a piece of equipment that also uses the resistance of the springs, like a small reformer. Its compact size allows for deeper work in balance, control, centering and strength. There are an amazing amount of exercises to master on the chair.
